It really hurts to sell off this guitar, but she's got to go due to the "Sell One to Get One" agreement between my wife and I. This is my custom 2014 Lap King Rodeo lap steel complete with Jason DuMont's Stage Hand attachment for stand-up playing. This Rodeo has an ebony fretboard with inlaid frets, and a headstock overlay that matches the body patter.  As far as the hardware, it is equipped with dual Lollar humbucker pickups that sound fantastic. I had Jason wire it so that you could split the pickups with the three-way switch and use just the neck and bridge pickups individually if so desired. It's got Schaller tuners that hold tuning very well. The only things I changed on this guitar from when it arrived were the bone nut and endpin button. I replaced the bone nut with a custom brass nut from Ryan Rukavina. Jason had sent the Rodeo with an oversized strap button, which probably would have been okay, but I have always used Schaller Strap-Lok buttons on all of my other guitars, so I threw one on here for reassurance. I am also including the custom I-Beam guitar case that I had made for the Rodeo in the sale. These cases are made right here in PA and are very nice for the money. This case is thick plywood with a black ozite exterior and black hardware, and a nice gold colored soft interior with a lot of storage space. It fits the Rodeo like glove with no movement. I had Steve at I-Beam custom cases make a nice nameplate for it which I will remove before shipping. If you are so inclined to have one made for yourself, I am sure that Steve would be more than happy to make one up for you.

The only reason I listed this guitar in excellent condition as opposed to mint is because of a few white marks on the headstock. They are only surface spots and not scratched into the finish. I must have bumped into a wall at some point while playing.

I am asking $1,650 plus shipping for the Rodeo and case.  Due to the condition of the instrument and the custom hard case, my price is firm on this one. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking!

It keeps telling me that it is "unable to create a directory structure for my images", so I can't edit the picture size or add new pictures of the case.  Here is a link to my Reso Hangout Classified Ad to see more images until I can get things figured out.  Sorry for the inconvience.
