Screenless

So what's your pleasure? Screens or without screens? For proponents of screenless, why? For those who love screens, what gives? I've found that it seems like the guitar sounds a little more open and a little deeper on the bass response with the screenless rings instead of the traditional screens. I'm sure this topic has been kicked around before, but I missed it.

I've recently experimented with a finishing technique that could lead to a few more color options in the Resophonic hardware department.  Along the same lines as Beards Resolution offerings, these will give resoists the ability to choose hardware colors to offset, complement or contrast the theme or coloring of their guitar while retaining, actually extending, the durability of the plating.  The color can vary within virtually any hue between Black, Chrome and Gold.  Copper, Bronze, and various shades of Grey all offer the potential to add the perfect subtle or eye-popping finishing touch to a reso.  In addition to the color choices, various textures are also available.  Standard gloss, satin, matte, brushed or combinations of each can really change the aesthetics of a guitar.  For a really unique look, even vintage or rainbow finishes ar
