This was the first dobro I owned. I bought it used about 6 years ago and played it with my band, the Lovell Sisters, but it looks like new. It’s a great beginner’s dobro. Comes with a hardshell Superior case and a pack of EXP42 D’Addario reso strings. Price is $350.00 + shipping. Local pickup Nashville to Atlanta area. If you have any questions or would like more pictures, please email me on here or at: firstname.lastname@example.org

What was the first song you learned on the dobro? I am teaching dobro at a youth string camp next week and I need suggestions for easy songs to teach beginning youngsters. I need songs that we can all play together by the end of the week and the kids will feel like they learned how to play something. Songs on my list so far are Long Journey Home (Two Dollar Bill), Red River Valley, Banks of the Ohio.
