Scheerhorn  #024, 1990 Maple R Body. Excellent condition, no dings on body, neck or peghead. Playing side of neck has some slight bar marks. Equipped with Tim's installed mag pickup with internal condenser mic (mounted to spider). Dual pickup/mic leads to endpin jack for preamp hookup.

The sound is full and balanced whether acoustic or amplified. Amplified sound combines warmth of lower register frequencies with the mag pickup and adds crisp, clear highs from the internal condenser mic mounted over the cone.

I used it primarily in studio in Nashville as an acoustic. Includes original tweed hardshell case. $4,500.  SOLD 8/14/15. Thanks for looking.

PRICE DROP!!! Rayco Resonator Guitar #291 for sale for $3,200. I had it made by Mark Thibeault in 2012. It has the benefit of being broken in (I played it for 160 shows which comes out to about 480 hours assuming 2 hour shows and an hour of practice for each show...) while also being in near mint condition!

Koa resonator Uke with oil finsih

The talk about Koa with an oil finish got me thinking. Don't have a square neck koa body. I do have a custom Mya-Moe resonator ukulele that is koa with an oil finish. I found out that taking pictures with a flash is not easy to do without reflections. Nothing slide related to the forum but it is fun to play jazz with a low G string.
